It is now 5.45. The Customer Street office has definitely gone “quieter”, but it is not “quiet”. Out of the 50 or so people who work in this part of the building we currently have 18 people either still working or only just now starting to pack up to get outside into the glorious sunshine which seems to be a rarity this summer.

This is the culmination of a great year for the Customer Street and UFindUs brands. 12 months ago there would be barely anyone left at this time. Now it is a different story. We are empowering our staff to make a difference, giving them ownership of their caseloads through our exciting and to some extent revolutionary work management system QaD (Quality and Delivery).

I would like to think that this trend will continue as the Customer Street staff take more control over how they achieve results and ultimately provide better customer service, and to be honest I think it will. We are changing the work ethic here and we are proud off what we, the management and staff  continue to achieve.
