Happy New Year from Customer Street

 A Happy New Year to all the readers of our Customer Street blog.

My Christmas break was, on the whole, a really good one and it also gave me time to reflect on family, friends and the year in general. As my return to work loomed closer I also thought about the achievements we have made here at Customer Street.

It was a busy year, we launched our new Customer Street product range, which includes smilelocal.com, we relocated virtually all of our support and finance functions that had been previously based in Glasgow down to our Lancaster head office in a move which meant that for the first time all the key functions associated with Customer Street are now under one roof.

Although that was fairly early on in the year we have spent much of the year bedding in the new systems, over 100 new staff, and refining and developing the odd thing that just didn’t work as we had hoped.Whilst 2007 has flown by, it has not been wasted and we enter a new year confident that we will continue to build on the success of last year.

We have a great team of staff, a great product and an overwhelming desire to deliver the best customer service in our business sector.
