I just had to follow on from yesterdays posting by mentioning Global Belly Laugh Day.
As you know Customer Street have got Smile Local, specifically aimed at the 20 somethings who surf the net. To be fair the site is bright and is highly likely to raise a smile, especially if you look at the guy on the contact us page.
I have already made the point about how customers can pick up on when a contact centre agent smiles down the phone and would certainly not want to go as far as having staff laughing whilst on a call but maybe employers should get their staff to take part in the Global Belly Laugh Day. It takes place on Thursday 24th Janaury at 1.24 pm.
Its not about raising money, but if it gets you and your colleagues smiling then it can’t be a bad thing.
