This last couple of weeks I have been a bit quieter than usual on the blogging front. The main reason has been that I have now also assumed overall responsibility for the HR department.
Customer Street has an ever growing number of employees in both suppport and sales roles and the HR function actaully fits in quite naturally into my current roll of Accountability Manger.
It has been a couple of years since I have had to fully flex my knowledge of HR but I am settling into the roll nicely and am looking forward to the coming months ahead.
