[...] The biggest achievement that has been made so far has been the introduction of making UFindUs and Customer Street totally transparent in our dealings with our customers. We have continued to do this day upon week upon month and I have made over 400 postings on various blog sites.
I will be giving you a call to discuss your account in greater detail but when I checked your account the file notes show we processed your paperwork the same day as the sale (29th August) was made which triggered a welcome pack being sent to you, again the same day, to the email address notified to us on this posting.

You website went live 6 days after you signed up, again within our 7 working day timeframe, and your enhanced listings are showing on all the directories. I also note that we emailed you a second welcome pack when we had contacted you on the 7th September.

Sometimes these emails can get filtered out into your junk/spam inbox so I have arranged for us to send a hard copy out to you in the post today.

I hope that this clears everything up for you but should I not be able to get in touch with you please do not hesitate to contact me further.

Dear Sir / Madam,

At the end of August 2007, you rang me quoting you could provide me with a "web-site and a plentiful supply of contacts". To date I have received neither, but you have been quick enough to take the sum of £350.00 plus £50.00 a month fee from my bank account.

I am not at all happy with this situation, and unless the web-site is set up and running within 48 hours, and a list showing relevant contacts, I shall be contacting my bank to stop any further withdrawls from my account by you, and be expecting full repayment of any monies you have already
had.

Yours faithfully,
W.E.G.Beaney.
For and on behalf of Halden Hall 2008 Ltd.
